The Role

We’re seeking a unique individual who can blend both technical and creative expertise. As the Lead Developer and Designer, you’ll spearhead the development of our low-code/no-code solutions using WeWeb and Xano, while also crafting exceptional member and primary care experiences across our platform. This hybrid role calls for a leader who thrives at the intersection of design and technology and is excited to influence every aspect of our product’s look, feel, and functionality.

What You’ll Do

• Low-Code/No-Code Leadership: Lead the development of our WeWeb and Xano-based marketplace, optimizing workflows and enhancing the user experience for members and primary care providers.
• Design Impact: Solve design challenges across email, mobile, web applications, and internal products, ensuring a consistent, seamless user experience.
• Collaboration with Data & AI: Contribute to building and designing data pipelines and architectures that support member communication, employer reporting, and value-based payments, while exploring AI-driven solutions to accelerate business innovation.
• Flexibility & Autonomy: Lead and manage project timelines and team workflows, with the flexibility and freedom to create your own best work.

• Design-Development Hybrid: Deep expertise in product design, along with hands-on development experience, especially with low-code tools like WeWeb, Xano, or similar platforms.
